These terms apply to your use of theofflinetime.com and our digital products.
1. Seller and website
The Offline Time Studio is a registered business in Kenya and operates theofflinetime.com. Our current products are digital printable downloads.
2. Who may purchase
Purchases and checkout are intended for adults or persons legally able to enter into the transaction in their jurisdiction.
3. Product descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately, including age range, file formats and what is included. Minor visual differences may occur between screens, printers, paper and print settings.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices may change for future purchases. The price shown at checkout applies to that transaction. Applicable taxes may be added, included or handled through our checkout platform depending on customer location and the platform's tax settings. Checkout and payment processing may be provided by Payhip and connected payment providers.
5. Delivery
Digital products are normally made available after successful checkout through the download page and/or receipt email provided by our checkout platform.
6. Digital-content cancellation and withdrawal rights
Some jurisdictions give consumers a cancellation or withdrawal period for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, applicable law may allow that right to end once download or access begins only after the customer has expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the relevant cancellation right. Where those legal requirements have not been satisfied, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. License
Unless a product states otherwise, paid and free downloads are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal/family-use license for one household. See our License Terms.
8. Prohibited use
- Do not resell, redistribute or publicly post our files.
- Do not upload files to shared drives, marketplaces, file-sharing sites or public repositories.
- Do not claim our designs, illustrations or content as your own.
- Do not use the personal license for commercial resale, mass distribution or organization-wide use.
9. Refunds and remedies
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy limits mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies for digital content that is faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise protected by applicable law.
10. Product use and adult supervision
Adults are responsible for deciding whether an activity, material and environment are appropriate for a particular child and for providing suitable supervision. Stop an activity if it becomes unsafe or unsuitable.
11. Intellectual property
The website, product designs, text, illustrations, branding and downloadable files are owned by The Offline Time Studio or used under valid rights. Purchase or download does not transfer copyright or ownership.
12. Website availability and third-party services
We may use third-party services for hosting, checkout, payments and product delivery. Temporary interruptions, provider outages or maintenance may occur.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to a customer in another country.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future website use or purchases. The version posted at the time of a transaction applies subject to mandatory law.
