Personal & Family Use License
Unless a product says otherwise, both paid and free downloads are licensed to one household.
1. What “one household” means
The license covers the purchaser or downloader and members of that same household using the product for personal, non-commercial family activities.
2. You may
- Download and save the files for your household use.
- Keep a reasonable personal backup copy.
- Print copies for members of your household.
- Reprint cards when they wear out, are damaged or are lost.
- Use the activities repeatedly with your own household.
3. You may not
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute or give the digital files to another household.
- Upload the files to shared drives, social platforms, websites, public repositories or marketplaces.
- Sell or commercially distribute printed copies.
- Modify, extract or repackage the content for resale or redistribution.
- Use the files as part of a paid service, commercial bundle, membership or resale product without written permission.
- Remove branding or copyright notices for the purpose of presenting the content as your own.
4. Schools, clubs and organizations
The standard household license does not cover classroom-wide, school-wide, club-wide, childcare-center, organizational or commercial distribution. Contact us if you need broader usage rights.
5. Ownership
Downloading or purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under this license. Copyright and ownership remain with The Offline Time Studio or the relevant rights holder.
6. Ending the license
If you materially breach these license terms, permission to use the files may end. This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
